You and your guests can travel conveniently by public transport via Olten railway station, which is less than a ten-minute walk away. Alternatively, if travelling by car, there is parking in the Hübeli multi-storey car park that is part of the hotel complex.

Looking for a flexible conference hotel Switzerland style? We offer three different room sizes on the fifth floor of the Hotel Astoria for your event. We can also set up the multifunctional Bar Magazin or our Event Centre directly opposite, which are excellent venues for seminars or general meetings. Our range of accommodation in Olten Switzerland comprises:

Alpha Room – 2 to 30 people
Beta Room – 12 to 50 people
Event Center – 18 to 70 people
Bar Magazin – 50 to 150 people

From 1 October 2024, we can also offer:

Delta Room – 10 to 35 people
Omega Room – 2 to 8 people
Kappa Room – 1 to 5 people

We also offer the flexibility to combine seminar rooms, cloakroom solutions and the appropriate facilities for large events.

During breaks at your event, we can provide your guests with croissants and fruit juices and provide your speakers with their own tea and coffee machine so they can help themselves. We can also provide all participants with a delicious lunch in the event spaces or in our Astoria or Bambo restaurants. At the end of a busy day, you and your guests can relax in our Sisième rooftop bar, where you can raise your glasses to toast a successful event. Then you can stay overnight at our hotel in Olten Switzerland – we can literally offer all you need under one roof!
